Who We Are
At HALO, we believe a great bagel starts with great dough. That's why every single bagel is hand-crafted and freshly baked each morning using a slow-fermented sourdough process — the way it should be.
But we don't stop there. Our cream cheeses, pastrami, sauces and everything else are made in-house in our own production kitchen. Nothing comes out of a tub. Everything is crafted with intention and care.
We offer our bagels naked, with spreads on the side or on the bagel, as a full on sandwich, and for our friends with a sweet tooth in different sweet combinations. Come watch us work at our open storefront — and stay a while.
